Rarian (wants scrollkeeper)

Hello,

Just did a portupgrade -waCi today after the port slush and maybe half
my gnome 2.20.2 ports fail w/ wanting scrollkeeper or missing
scrollkeeper.xml (I can provide a list if needed but ones that jump out
at me are -desktop, -terminal, -gdm

Scrollkeeper of course conflicts with Rarian and it is my understanding
both that Rarian is default with 2.20.1 AND it is full dropin
replacement (meaning I shouldn't be getting the above errors)

NOTE: I also get the same problem if I just cd to the port directory and
do make install so I am pretty sure its not a portugrade issue.
