Resolved: We do it like Debian now and patch kded to use kde-applications.menu
instead.

Resolved: Pkgconfig file isn't installed anymore (we still use the
system-tools-backends fork included with kdeadmin for now though).

Can do, however this will have to wait until GNOME actually changes
PREFIX - KDE currently cannot deal with iconsets in /usr/X11R6.
