gnome-terminal 2.16.1 resized when switching tabs (patches)

Hello

The gnome-terminal resizing problem was discussed here:

A possible bugfix to gnome-terminal agains the latest gnome HEAD:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=73241

I've created some diffs (http://www.bsdunix.ch/public/gnome-terminal/)
for the gnome-terminal port 2.16.1. Please test it.
