A FWIW but I think your configure did what it was supposed to do. It
detected that my glitz was out of date and errored off. The error, of
course, was that glitz and it's dependencies had not been built and
that was a portupgrade command line argument error or an option error.
Now that everything has been compiled, I am doing a
portupgrade -rf glitz
to make sure everything depending on it has been built using the new
version.
