FreeBSD Port: Xchat

Hallo,

Any chance we can get Xchat updated 2.6.6 sooner rather than later? 
2.6.4 intrododuced new proxy code which has the side effect of breaking
SOCKS support completely.  This is an issue for tor uers (which I
maintain and keep getting beat up on as they think tor problem).  The
update has been out for a bit and didn't seeing anything in the pr
database pending on it either.
