py-gnome-extras depends on libgda2

The state of libgda3 is unknown.  Development is sporadic, and it is
still not stable.  gnumeric and gnome2-office can be built without
libgda3/libgnomedb support.  While changing the py-gnome-extras
dependency to libgda3 would not affect the build per se, the plist will
be wrong.
