Currently there seems to be only one CUPS 1.2.x-specific issue with KDE, which
is that KDE cannot talk to cups via a local domain socket (/var/run/cups).
This bug is known to the KDE developers, but not fixed as of yet. A possible
workaround in the CUPS port would be to patch the default configuration file
and remove /var/run/cups from the default 'listen-on' list.
