Hi,

I don't know if it is actually a bug in gnome-volume-control (or may be
gstreamer). All tracks in Preferences are selected ('Volume', 'Speaker',
'Line-in', 'Microphone', 'CD', 'Record', 'In-gain', 'Out-gain',
'Line-1', 'Phone-in', 'Phone-out', to be precise). And here is what I
get on tabs:

Playback: Speaker, Record, In-gain, Out-gain
Capture: Volume, Line-in, Microphone, CD, Line-1, Phone-in, Phone-out

Doesn't seem to be correct to me.

FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT/amd64

device (shown as 'Unknown Volume Control 1 (OSS Mixer)' ):

FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm)
Installed devices:
pcm0: <nVidia nForce4> at io 0xb800, 0xbc00 irq 23 bufsz 16384
(1p/1r/8v channels duplex default)

'mixer' output:
