2.12 install failure on vanilla FreeBsd 6.0

This is a brand new FreeBsd 6.0 install.  I followed the Faq and cvsup my ports then ran the gnome_upgrade script.  It failed so I figured I'd wait a few days and try the whole process again.  

Problem appears to be some conflict between xterm and xorg.clients (plus a failure of load gnome 2.10 icons ??!!).
