gtweakui build fails as part of gnome powertools

When building the latest Gnome 2.12 powertools, the build for gtweakui 
fails. Am far from an expert on this, but, my guess is it is related to 
updates to autoconf. Comments in the build files reference a change in 
the way autoconf might work.

Anyone have a simple fix to this to enable the build to continue?
