New install of gnome on 5.3

Known issue.  I believe this is covered in /usr/ports/UPDATING.

They have not been updated for GNOME 2.10.  I think Sun usually does the
docs, not sure what's keeping the,.

Maybe, but I've never tried it.  The API and ABI are backwards
compatible, so it should work.  However, you may not be able to use all
of the MIME features.
