This took a chunk out of me too, sent message to list, Joe recommends:

"There is a bug in the FreeBSD base version of krb5-config.  Either
delete that file if you're not using Kerberos, or edit it, and remove
the instance of @INCLUDE_des at . "

I moved the krb5-confg and gnomevfs2 built fine.
