Hi,

I just upgraded to FreeBSD 5.3 and needed to install a new version of mozilla. I cvsup'ped a fresh ports base and most packages and libs I recompile work fine. however, I got the following error trying to build mozilla from the port:

Apparently it trips on the fact that perl is not a base package anymore.

The gnomelogalyser doesn't know what to do either.

Do you have any suggestions as to solve this problem?

Thanks,

Ewout Boks

Please direct the output of the failure of the make command to a file, and
then feed that file to the gnomelogalyzer, available from
http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/gnomelogalyzer.sh, which will diagnose the problem
and suggest a solution. If - and only if - the gnomelogalyzer cannot solve
the problem, report the problem to the FreeBSD GNOME team at gnome at FreeBSD.org,
and attach "/usr3/ports/www/mozilla/work/mozilla/config.log" and the output
of the failure of the make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide
an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls
/var/db/pkg`).
