missing dependancy in mail/thunderbird port?

hi

i am writing to this address because it is listet as maintainer for the 
mail/thunderbird port in freebsd.

i tried to install thunderbird on my new 4.9 system, the build failed. please 
note the line:
File::Spec version 0.8 required--this is only version 0.6 
at ../../config/preprocessor.pl line 79.

after installing perl 5.6 from the ports everything went fine. so it should be 
added to the dependancy list, or at least a recent version of File::Spec if 
available (i did not check - i'll use 5.6 anyway).
