Lots of orphaned ports after today's ports cvsup

Hello,
     Is there something up with the Gnome-2.4.x ports at the moment? I've just cvsup'd my ports tree and pkg_version -v returns several Gnome-related ports as "orphaned":

at-spi-1.3.11                       ?   orphaned: x11-toolkits/at-spi
atk-1.4.1_1                         ?   orphaned: devel/atk
gail-1.4.1                          ?   orphaned: x11-toolkits/gail
gnomemag-0.10.5                     ?   orphaned: x11/gnomemag
gnomespeech-0.2.8                   ?   orphaned: audio/gnomespeech
gnopernicus-0.7.1                   ?   orphaned: x11/gnopernicus
gok-0.8.4                           ?   orphaned: sysutils/gok

Have I missed something recently, by chance???
