xft build fails

The symbol that is missing (XRenderQueryVersion) is found in
libXrender.so.1 which is installed as part of
XFree86-libraries-4.3.0_6. I would check to make sure you have that
library in /usr/X11R6/lib. If you do, then you will need to resend the
config.log as it did not make it through to the list. If you do not,
you will need to reinstall XFree86-libraries-4.3.0_6.
