metacity question

Is any way to configure metacity to add some properties to expected
windows ?

In particular, I want to make gkrellm available on all desktops and
skip-win-list and not selectable by Alt-Tab.

In past there was such configuration and this works well after series of
upgrades, but I have no idea how to configure this in metacity now.
