recent commit of new gnomespell broken

Then this must be a problem with detection as I have aspell-0.60
installed and libaspell.so.16 exists.  However, on my amd64 machine it
barfs as described:

checking for new_aspell_config in -laspell... no
configure: error: gnome-spell cannot be built without aspell library
