Yes it is.  I bumped the PORTREVISION on intltool when I added the
p5-XML-Parser dependency.  Therefore, if you've been using portupgrade
like you should be, then you shouldn't see a problem.  The one catch is
if you upgraded your Perl.  In that case, you would have needed to do a
portupgrade -rf perl\* anyway.
