First, see if anything still depends on libbonobomm. It certainly won't
build for me either, but, when I checked on dependencies on it, there
were none (except libbonobouimm), so I deleted those two packages with
pkg_delete and fired things up again.

It worked better this time. :-) I suspect that this port is no longer
used by any other gnome2 ports, but has not yet been deleted.
