Safely jumping off the development tree for Gnome

I tried this way, but number of packets appears not update in main
freebsd cvs tree (I am use cvsup5.ru.FreeBSD.org):

** No need to upgrade 'libsoup-2.1.8' (>= libsoup-1.99.28_1). (specify
-f to force)
** No need to upgrade 'py23-gtk-2.3.90' (>= py23-gtk-2.2.0_2). (specify
-f to force)
** No need to upgrade 'gal2-2.1.6' (>= gal2-1.99.11_1). (specify -f to
force)
** No need to upgrade 'gtkhtml3-3.1.9' (>= gtkhtml3-3.0.10_1). (specify
-f to force)
** No need to upgrade 'glade2-2.5.0' (>= glade2-2.0.1_2). (specify -f to
force)
** No need to upgrade 'evolution-1.5.5_2' (>= evolution-1.4.6_1).
(specify -f to force)
** No need to upgrade 'AbiWord2-gnome-2.1.1' (>=
AbiWord2-gnome-2.0.5_1). (specify -f to force)
 
Is it exprected effect ?
