gnomemeeting kills gnome2 build

Dont panic.
Gnomemeeting will switch from OpenH323 to OPAL, which is by the same authors
OPAL is a better library for H.323 with SIP support as well. And as both
OpenH323
and OPAL use the pwlib library (which is where the video capture takes
place), then
future versions of GnomeMeeting will contine to work on FreeBSD.

There should not be anything too messy about it, except that I was too lazy
to do
a make install target for pwlib and openh323.
