rendering problem in galeon

I have installed the default galeon from ports which uses mozilla-gtk2. On my
companys webmail it renders the speedbar wrong. It is affected by whether
javascript is turned on or of. Check it on these screenshots:

Notice the speedbar difference.

My question is where do I bugreport this?
