Evo date time - o' lordy, not agin

Well, the date seems much better now... ?  I'll shut up unless it
happens again...

   Note that I sent my previous mail via emacs, so that may be why the
   time was correct.  I'll send again via evolution once it's recompiled.

      I, too, run wall clock, and both my Evo 1.4 machines send and receive
      mail with the correct offset (EDT =3D=3D GMT -0400).  I don't know why your=
