Install problem with devel/anjuta-devel

Hello,
First of all, I'm not sure if it is the good adress to send this kind of
message or if I should send it to ports@ .?

When I have a problem, I'm used and happy to send a solution+patch to
the maintainer in the same time that I report a problem, but sorry this
time I don't exactly know how to fix it.

I'm running FreeBSD 4.8 i386 stable

I have a problem when I tried to install anjuta-devel. The installation
generate an error:

The "Generate system tags" take 1 secondes and the script ended
immediatly after.
I think that the two files missing could be the error. I don't have
these files on my FreeBSD.
