New GNOME splash screen

Here's my honest opinion/feedback:

	- Hard to see 'GN' for 'GNOME'.
	- A lot of wasted space in the top.
	- Too dark for FreeBSD's taste/style.
	- Not really professional look to me.

The current one is happen to be better one for FreeBSD's taste/style.
