/usr/X11R6/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.200 is installed by
x11-toolkits/gtk20.  Try reinstalling that port, and see if it helps. 
It looks like you definitely have something wrong with your system. 
Perhaps you have some old libraries laying around.
