SOUP 0.7 fails to compile on FreeBSD-4.8-RELEASE

Hello

Having the following problem with /usr/ports/devel/soup. I freshly
downloaded this a few minutes ago from cvsup.uk.freebsd.org. It gives
the following error:

Let me know if you need any more system information. I am running
freebsd 4.8 -release cvsupped from about 3 days ago.
