For the list all ports, I learned it from Joe:

% find /usr/ports -maxdepth 3 -name Makefile | xargs egrep -l 
"gnomeui-2.200"

It works very well and can do one by one on each library to avoid lost the 
track of libraries and might be easier to split the libraries to each of 
person to work on. Just a(n) idea and thought..

This is great, I like it! I hate to hunt and list what they arleady depend 
on stuff by myself.
