You have an old include directory lying around in either
/usr/X11R6/include or /usr/local/include.  If you send the ls -l for
those two directories, it should be clear what the problem is.

Note, you also have multiple versions of the same port installed.  For
example:

gtk-1.2.10_2
gtk-1.2.10_3

You really should only have one of those, and it should be _9.  The same
goes for guile, image, etc.  You should probably consider doing some
massive spring cleaning on this machine.
