And you have the latest fontconfig installed:

fontconfig-2.1.92   An XML-based font configuration API for X Windows

Maybe you should do a portupgrade -f fontconfig to make sure all the
correct header files are installed....or, pkg_delete -f fontconfig\*,
then reinstall fontconfig.  As I recall, there might have been a bug
where header files were not being overwritten.
