font aliasing in gnome terminal

Hi List,

Is there any way to turn off font aliasing specifically for gnome
terminal ? I find the visibility is poor especially when you reduce the
font to a smaller size.
I know there is a way to turn off font aliasing on the size of fonts but
because most of my apps, menu's etc use the same common size (10) I'd
prefer just to have it turned off for the terminal.
