Of course there is, only with r300894 was it moved from CVSROOT to
svnadmin, see e.g. the view of the tree in a previous rev:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/?pathrev=300000

and check the rev that moved things around:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=300894
