Links to individual file diffs

Hello,

I need some help discovering the git equivalent of existing svnweb links please.

For subversion, if I want to compare the diff of *one file* in the commit, I can do this:

https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/sysutils/goaccess/Makefile?r1=541995&r2=541994&pathrev=541995…

What is the same URL for git?

I have this, but it's all the files in that commit:
