This freebsd-git mailing list was created some time ago for all things
related to using Git in FreeBSD development (initially for the svn ->
GitHub mirror, but also including technical discussions about
issues/solutions that would arise with Git as the canonical
repository).

Although it's not the Git WG list per se (right now there's no such
list), it is the appropriate place for discussions relating to issues
and processes the Git WG will have to investigate, prototype or test
-- for example, exploring how vendor/contrib updates or MFCs would
work.
