FYI git importer for base is currently hung

... and we're back to some more downtime while I'm doing an svnadmin
dump/load to get the space usage of the svn mirror back under control. This
is going much slower than I had anticipated.
Sorry for the inconvenience, everything should be back operational within
24h at most!
