Other notes/messaging  may (I think) also exist in the README or
CONTRIBUTING file in the repositories (cc bdrewery)

It could be improved by  **highlighting** or == sectioning == off the Pull
Requests bit

Please merge your additions (where not conflicting) from the newly created
article into the existing one
