Promote git-beta.freebsd.org out of beta-test

Hi all,

In 2014Q3 status report, there is one line said:

"Promoted git-beta.freebsd.org out of beta-test to an official service,
consequently renaming it to git.freebsd.org."

Sounds really great, and could somebody give more information about that?
