I can't see it in either of those files you have attached, but something is
causing nvd0s1d to be mounted as an encrypted filesystem.

Have you got any other files that do this?
/etc/rc.conf.local
/etc/rc.conf.d/*
/usr/local/etc/rc.conf.d/*
