FreeBSD-10 microdrive seagate ST1AT 4GB (VIA mbo) problem

Interestingly ... now i try same hardware with CF card sandisk ultra II ..
On 9.1 no problems .. On 10.0-beta2 i got this :

2 timeouts before it founds card and mount system. On 11.0-CURRENT i got
this (only pictures becouse i don't have time to wait if it mounts system
or not)
