How to disable all GEOM tasting?

I'm not a GEOM expert like you, but I'm really interested in the
subject to understand. Now, since GEOM tasting should not be disabled
system wide, we still need to taste something and something else not.
In this case, does not suffice to nullify the taste routine of the
class we are not interested to taste?
