I don't think you want to allow gpart<-geom<-part when you
don't allow gpart<-gpart. The addition of a random geom,
in between gpart does not change the fact that you're nesting.
You allow nesting, or you dont.

It's outside the spec. and unless we have a UUID for the
partition used for nesting it's invalid. Policy prevents
it.
