I just rebootet the server to have a clean state:

It was clear to me that they need to be deactivated.

No surprise, just wanted to verify, seek gives the same result:

ddna045# dd of=/dev/amrd0 if=/dev/zero bs=512 seek=286746623 count=1
dd: /dev/amrd0: Operation not permitted
