GEOM mirror automatic rebuilds

You will need the ATA mkIII patches to get hotplug support (ie auto 
discovery of inserted devices). But beware only a few controllers 
support that, and the ich6 (in the way we use it anyhow) is not amongst 
those (currently only SiI and Promise IIRC).
