geom_vinum and striped plexes

Hi there,

I've finally implemented support for striped plexes, worked fine in my
simple tests.

As always, source is at <http://mailbox.univie.ac.at/~le/geomvinum.tar.gz>
and the configuration looks like this:
<http://mailbox.univie.ac.at/~le/geomvinum.ps>.  (Yes, it looks really
weird...)

I also think I overlooked a bug in the plex_concat code, but currently I
need some sleep.
