There's a much better solution than 70-no-bitmaps.conf. Much, much better.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS GARBAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Most people get it via the xorg-fonts metaport. So either its dependency on the
bitmap fonts should be removed, or everything (well, xorg, metisse and
tightvnc) should depend on xorg-fonts-truetype instead of xorg-fonts.

This is what (good) Linux distros have been doing.
