Reported upstream (See Also). Try removing that MOZ_ASSERT line as a
workaround.

In general, DEBUG and TEST options aren't for regular users but for those who
want to verify upstream assertions, try to debug an elusive issue or check for
regressions. I should probably just drop those due to lack of time to maintain.
