Same here, PORT_LLVM. FreeBSD 11.1-STABLE #0 r324952 amd64, core2 CPU.

If I'm not mistaken, PORT_LLVM uses already installed port's LLVM if present
(not building the one bundled with rust), thus speeding up things considerably?
