www/seamonkey 2.49.1 and lightning

Hello!

It seems that 2.49.1 is missing lightning extention even if I check 
option. Moreover gmake in lightning build directory produces nothing also.

What should I look for to have this extention built? Is it possible that 
lightning isn't made if I choose system cairo?
