poudriere logfile for 10.3 amd64

Bloating bugzilla with successful logs is unnecessary as attachments cannot be
removed, only obsoleted. For trivial updates the following should be fine

  poudriere bulk -t is green for 10.3 amd64

then mark with patch-ready keyword.
